Here’s how a client’s booking comes together.
An example booking. Prefer instant confirmation? Your clients can be confirmed straight away.
No. Clients choose a service and a time, enter their contact details, and book. Their email includes a private link to view or manage the appointment.
Instant booking confirms an appointment when the client completes their booking. With approval, you receive a request and the slot is held while you decide. Unanswered requests expire after 24 hours or at the appointment start, whichever comes first.
Yes. Add each person as a provider with their own services and availability. Invite staff to manage their own schedules, while you keep an overview of the business.
Clients can request another available time using the link in their email, subject to your change policy. When a confirmed appointment needs approval to move, the original booking stays in place until the new time is approved. You can also manage changes from your dashboard.
At the appointment, using the payment methods you already accept. Your service prices are shown on your booking page. Confirva does not currently collect payments online.
